MIDWest Conference

After careful thought and deliberation, the MIDWest Conference Committee Co-Chairs and your Affiliate Presidents have made the tough decision to postpone the 2020 MIDWest Conference:  Sharing the Vision until Spring 2021  Our Conference Co-Chair, Mary Beth Petrie, is working with the Governors Concourse Hotel and Helms-Briscoe, our events agency, to agree upon dates and terms for next year’s MIDWest Conference.  

For those of you who have registered for the conference, we will be processing full refunds.  We expect to process these refunds in the next 3-4 weeks. We hope you will register for the conference again next year. In addition to conference registrations, the hotel will provide refunds to everyone who booked a room within the conference block. There will be no need to contact the hotel to cancel your reservation.  Your affiliate President will communicate out to you how the association will be conducting their membership meeting and continuing the great work of our associations.

We have a robust group of professionals from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and the Dakotas ACACs collaborating to plan the MIDWest Conference in Madison Sunday, May 17 - Tuesday, May 19, 2020. With our theme, Share the Vision, we hope to inspire all of us to continue looking to the future and collaborate to serve the students and families we work with. The Conference Planning Committee will soon be deciding on a Keynote Speaker, as well as a social event for all of us to enjoy together when we gather in Madison.
