Admissions Practices Committee

The Admissions Practices Committee shall review annually the Code of Ethics and Professional Practices (CEPP) of NACAC, the NACAC Monitoring Procedures for Code of Ethics and Professional Practices.

Mission of Admissions Practices Committee

Educate counselors and college/universities in their efforts to serve students and families about the Code of Ethics and Professional Practices as part of the admissions profession.


Expectations for Committee Members

  • Meet on a periodic basis to discuss ethical issues that have been brought to the committee's attention pertinent to the Code of Ethics and Professional Practices
  • Educate members about the ethical standards governing the admission profession and the importance of compliance and best admission practices
  • Through communication and collaboration, serve as the primary resource for secondary and post-secondary admission professionals in the state of Wisconsin to inquire about ethical admission practices.
